Brands and creators in Kenya were agreeing deals in direct messages, with no brief, no record and no protection if a payment or a post never arrived. B3N helps build the marketplace and the payments behind it.
What we built
- Brand tools. Campaign builder, creator discovery, negotiation, deliverable review and reporting.
- Creator tools. A feed of paid work, a public profile and a wallet.
- Money that follows the work. Payment is held until the brand approves, then paid out through Payd.
- Operations. An admin console with a work queue, finance, support and an audit trail.
- Launch. A marketing site with separate journeys for brands and creators. A creator mobile app is in build.
