Payd has to ship financial software continuously without a large engineering team. B3N decides what to build next, builds it, and runs the delivery system that keeps releases safe.
What we built
- The core product. Web and mobile apps, US dollar and euro account details, transfers, payment links and invoices.
- A developer platform. A public payments API with guides and examples.
- Payd Labs. New products tried next to the live business: hosted checkout, stablecoin checkout, treasury tools and a business account now in build.
- Operations tools. Ledger views, payout reviews and wallet administration, so daily work does not need an engineer.
- A move off legacy systems, with every customer's history kept intact.
How we ship
AI coding agents do most of the building, in small slices with their own specification and tests. Every change is reviewed, and anything touching money or sign-in gets a second, deeper review. People make the product and release decisions.
